Restaurant customer experience data is anonymously collected at the table, through a handheld survey tablet, and filtered through our unique software.
Customers are rewarded for their time by receiving a coupon of their choice for a future visit.
Rewarding Feedback’s cutting edge software analyzes the survey data real-time, based on parameters defined by the business. At this time, one of two processes is followed:
•If the experience has been deemed positive or neutral, the customer receives not only the valuable coupon they have selected, but also a matching coupon to share with a friend. This removes the perceived “risk” that most customers feel in recommending an establishment to others and allows the customer to become an important marketer on behalf of the business.
•If the experience has been deemed less than satisfactory, on-site management is notified in real-time, allowing an important opportunity for the establishment to rectify the customers concerns, prior to receiving the bill
